WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Previous management experience, ideally in fashion retail.
• Experience in coaching and developing a team.
• A passion for delivering a genuine customer experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage wage spend and stock loss.
• Visual Merchandising experience based on set guidelines.
