If you have experience in crowd control, excellent conflict management skills, good presence and an ability to deal with a variety of situations, then there is a good chance you are exactly what we need.
These positions will support the store team in identifying and preventing theft and unacceptable behaviour and will require a proactive and motivated officer.
- Retail Security Officer, with Permanent positions based across Western Australia
- The rates for this role is as followed ( Mon-Fri Day-$26.97 Mon-Fri Night - $32.82 Sat- $40.46 Sun- $53.94 P/H $67.43 )
- High visibility presence at entrances, registers
- Engaging with customers in a positive and friendly manner
- Liaising with store management and team members
- Assisting staff with difficult customers
- Proactive monitoring and identification of individuals under the influence of alcohol and drugs, or Mental Health indicators.
- Random and targeted bag searches (based on client procedures)
- Assist with emergency management
- Completing incidents reports as required
- Have presence and be comfortable projecting authority
- High level communication skills
- The ability to deal with the public in a patient matter
- Customer centric approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Valid Security Officer Licence
- Current First Aid certificate/CPR
- Drivers Licence
