The Non-Standard Service Request (NSSR) Specialist is responsible for assisting the NSSR manager in the successful completion of NSSR and supporting the Switchboard team as a switchboard operator, covering leave.
Your day to day will consist of...

• Responding to client requests with plans for delivery of NSSR.
• Coordinate equipment and resources to deliver NSSR within contracted SLA.
• Manage resources to achieve planned margins.
• Ensure NSSR delivery fulfils agreed scope to required quality.
• Prepare client status reporting and attend client meetings.

What makes you perfect for the role?

• Experience in client service and administration.
• An AGSVA baseline security clearance, or the ability to obtain this level of clearance.
• Previous experience in Project Administration, IT Service Managed and or ICT Infrastructure
• Previous experience operating a switchboard desirable
