Job Description
Your Opportunity
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Melbourne based team support 4 Partners on a full time basis. As a key interface for the team both within the firm and with our clients, you will cultivate collaborative relationships and provide an exceptional level of service.
In this dynamic and integral role you will be:
- Proactively supporting our leaders in efficient correspondence and diary management using Microsoft Office
- Managing strong professional relationships to senior internal and external stakeholders and their EA’s.
- Organising meetings and events both internally and externally.
- Event management for small to large events.
- Special project support as and when required for the team
- Providing administrative support for business development initiatives and engagements
- Maintaining the CRM database and running CRM reports as and when required
- Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information.
- Submitting weekly timesheets and expenses.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
You will bring a combination of the following skills and experience:
- 3-4 years' experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant position
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, demonstrating confidence, strong personal presentation skills and the ability to liaise at executive levels
- A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
- Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to work
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Power Point, with other skills also considered favourably
