Client Executive

Your Role
As a Client Executive (CE), you will forge and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with senior executives (C-suite), serve as a key advisor, and ensure our solutions align with client strategic priorities. You will play an integral part in driving client success, amplifying client satisfaction, and uncovering expansion opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Be the primary advocate for clients within Altera and work to become a trusted advisor.
- Facilitate strategic planning and align Altera's solutions with client priorities.
- Develop a deep understanding of client environments and needs, offer guidance on how our solutions can address their specific needs and drive business value.
- Identify and explore how Altera can further contribute to client success.
- Promote client participation and drive improvement in our Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Serve as the main escalation point to ensure excellent client experiences.
- Represent Altera at client touchpoints, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Execute and manage strategic and operational plans.
- Develop and share strategic insights to demonstrate proactive client engagement.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and surpassing sales quotas and negotiating profitable contracts.
- Explore, identify and execute additional revenue opportunities with clients.
- Sales, client success or account management experience in healthcare required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (in health or business).
- A very good understanding of how healthcare is delivered in Australia required.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
- Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely.
- May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays.
- After hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.
- Up to 30% travel may be required.
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
- Aligning Altera solutions with client strategic priorities.
- Conveying clear, effective messages across various settings.
- Adjusting approach and demeanor in real-time to match shifting demands.
- Operating effectively in uncertain or challenging situations.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of Altera products and services as relevant.
- Continuously seeking ways to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
