About the Role:
As a Client Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience at our clinic is exceptional from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building rapport with patients and providing top-notch customer service.
  • Assisting with bookings, consultations, and front desk operations.
  • Conducting initial hearing checks and supporting Hearing Care Professionals.
  • Ensuring compliance with store administration guidelines.
  • Managing sales stock levels and post-sales services.
  • Overseeing clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning.
We're searching for someone with:
  • Previous sales and clienteling experience, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • A customer-centric approach and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support team members.
