Dispatch Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dispatch Administrator to join our team based in our Nerang branch. Here’s how you’ll be adding value to our customers and our team:
- Assisting with and preparing invoicing, accounts and credits for the branch
- Preparation of appropriate documentation including liaison with suppliers and customers ensuring accuracy.
- Working closely with our pick and pack teams, including drivers, as well our broader team to ensure we create success for each other and client.
- Ensuring compliance to Chain of Responsibility (COR) and HACCP (food safety) requirements across the branch.
- Provide support to team members as required including being available to assist in general branch duties that help our team and customer.
- A CUSTOMER FOCUS with a safety and team first mentality, and a genuine personality that cares about other people! Having experience with Branch administration would be preferred, however not mandatory. Strong experience with invoicing systems and account management required.
