Role: Contact Centre Representative
Location: Newstead
Rate: $29.85 + Super
Hours: Full-Time, 38 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Operating Hours: 8am - 7pm AEST / 8am - 8pm AEDT
Start Date: 3rd February 2025
We will be holding an Assessment Centre on 14th January 2025 - Save the date!
Ready to make a difference? Become the first point of contact for patients at I-MED Radiology in our National Contact Centre. Help guide them through their healthcare journey with care and support.
What We Offer:
- Supported Induction: Start with 6 weeks training (including a 2-week classroom experience and a 4-week hands-on nesting period with our expert trainer and coach)

Remote Working for Late Shifts:
All late shifts (10am-6pm or 11am-7pm AEST / 12pm-8pm AEDT) are fully remote, allowing you to work from home. To support this, you'll need a suitable ergonomic home setup, including dual screens, a reliable high-speed internet connection, a computer or laptop, and a quiet workspace.
Note: Shifts between 8am and 5:30pm will initially be worked from the office, with the option to transition to a hybrid model after 3 months. - Ongoing Support: Weekly check-ins with your Leaders, plus dedicated online support chats, and a regular team engagement to keep you connected.
