About the role

As Customer Service Officer (Contact Centre), you will be part of the Customer Strategy and Experience team and responsible for positively contributing to the efficient and effective operation of the team by responding to and resolving customer enquiries. You will work across a range of communication channels, including but not limited to phone, email, and online services when liaising with our customers.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform administrative duties such as reviewing and processing customer applications, processing payments, mail and correspondence, and entering data into customer related information systems
  • Provide a high level of personalised customer service while maintaining professionalism and diligence to achieve desired service outcomes and first contact resolutions
  • Handle customer enquiries with empathy and care

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous customer service experience is a similar role
  • Belief in our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and leadership
  • Year 12 level of education or equivalent


About the benefits

This is a permanent part-time position, working 19.5 hours per week at level 2, with a salary commencing at $69,425 (pro-rata) plus 12.5% superannuation.
Full training course provided for the first four weeks (this period is fulltime).
