WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Facilitate the clearance of DHL shipments by communicating the clearance requirements with customers if any discrepancies preventing the successful clearance of these shipments.
• Coordinate with the customer to obtain the necessary shipment information and documents to successfully clear the shipments through the regulatory agencies when the existing information or documents are insufficient.
• Validate and/or correct the data elements in shipment records to ensure they are the approved format and structure acceptable to the regulatory agencies and systems.
• Receive and make timely contact with customers using all forms of communication and assist with pre- and post-clearance resolution.
