Reporting to the Managing Director. You will be performing detailed requirements analysis and documenting processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an analytical way of thinking and ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. You will work with business and technical stakeholders for understanding requirements related to projects of business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Examining and evaluating business processes, requirements and uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions for implementation.
Facilitate solution sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
Breakdown solution designs into manageable deliverables such as epics, features & user stories.
Developing security team performance improvement plans for clients, if required.
Ensuring schedule demands of clients are met on weekly basis.
Work with the Product Owner and other business analysts to develop new features and manage backlogs.
Maintaining documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations. Collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, improvements in operational processes and decisions.
Assist the testing team to ensure features meet the design specifications.
Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Providing efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous services to clients .
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and generating useful reports.
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification.
An understanding of the software development life cycle and working within a technology environment.
Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills Strong communication skills both written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail , Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
