Your New Role
This is a part-time (3 days per week) fixed term role, initially 6 months.
In this role you will bring our brand to life through visual media and communications. You will support our internal and external marketing and communication activities by creating designs.
This role will suit an individual who has excellent communications and stakeholder management skills and is approachable and agile. You should feel comfortable working across all forms of media. You will promote a customer centric culture and be a brand ambassador across the business, always influencing and advocating the Aware Super brand.
How do you exceed our expectations?
The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced, multi-skilled graphic designer with technical skills and a passion for quality. Additionally they will have the following:
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in graphic design within a financial service or regulated industry
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or relevant fields
- Experience in graphic design with demonstrated ability to successfully interpret and respond to a design brief's requirements/goals while delivering on the internal client’s expectations and brand objectives
- Experience creating and maintaining appropriate templates and resources to facilitate a speedy design process
- Ability to accurately and consistently apply internal standards and design guidelines
- Understanding of marketing and communication campaign requirements and considerations
- Online design for both email and web, social and digital advertising
- Ability to concept and story board across a variety of media
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, In Design, and Photoshop with a focus on online design
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA & agile principles
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle the responsibility for delivery multiple projects at a time.
