What this opportunity involves:
The Assistant Finance Manager will deliver a high standard of financial control, performance management reporting, business planning and analysis to the organisation and its stakeholders.
You will proactively identify opportunities for business & process improvement and act as a key member of the PAM Corporate Finance team.

A snapshot of your role:
Weekly debtors management
Preparation, distribution of corporate debtors and follow-up on overdue accounts

Provide commentary and snapshot for management meetings

Month-end reporting, including budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting

P&L management, and assist in queries/reconciliations on income and expenses accounts

Ensuring monthly fee invoices are raised for all business units

Preparation and approvals of monthly journals

Oversee AP, AR, expenses, month-end related queries

Provision of accounting support to key internal stakeholders

Management and administration of all financial transactions associate with your portfolio

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

Achievement of or near completion of professional qualifications (CA or CPA) will be highly regarded

5+ years experience in management accounting

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex deliverables

Highly organized with demonstrated ability to prioritize tight deadlines and conflicting priorities

Sound communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leaders

Experience in Property industry with real estate accounting system (MRI) and Peoplesoft will be highly regarded, but not essential
