Asset Disposal and Training Officer
Toowoomba

You'll start your day by overseeing the disposal of assets, coordinating with teams to ensure items are identified and appropriately handled according to our established procedures. Throughout the day, you'll work closely with different departments, providing advice and training on asset management processes. You'll be guiding staff through S/4 Hana software for accurate asset review and disposal, ensuring everything is documented and compliant. Your expertise will be in high demand as you collaborate on reporting frameworks and data collection tools that help track asset movements. Expect to deliver tailored presentations and training sessions to staff across various sites, all while liaising with finance and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations. Your role is vital in driving efficient, sustainable asset management, while delivering exceptional service and support to our stakeholders.
