Job Summary: Recruiter is required to work with hiring manager and understand mandates given by clients. Source resumes from different portal and screen relevant profiles as per requirement. Involve in interview scheduling and follow up with selected candidate till joining.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Involve in complete end to end recruitment life cycle process which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation & on‐boarding.
• Working for different requirements for Global companies.
• Sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after understanding the manpower requirements.
• Closing requirements within required timelines and achieve monthly and quarterly target revenues.
• Handling multiple clients & providing end-to-end solutions to their recruitment needs.
• Continuous Head hunt to build a rich talent pool of profiles of various domains
• Follow up for the joining date and other formalities
• Maintaining MIS reports on daily basis and making it available for different stakeholders whenever required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduates from University or College
• Have experience in Mass Recruitment
• Good in Sourcing through different channels Portals, Social Media, etc.
• Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
