I. What You'll Do
1. Talent Acquisition

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate and schedule interviews, as well as communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with the completion of required paperwork.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR documentation, including job descriptions, policies, and procedures.

2. Employer Branding

• Propose new content, write, and distribute on social media channels (Facebook and Linked In).
• Assist in designing graphics (Posters, flyers, banners).
• Corporate with team to create campaigns, mini games, and other external events to attract more candidates and referrals.
• Other tasks will be assigned when required.

II. What You'll Bring

• Commitment to work 5 business days per week.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Canva
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
• Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.
