What You’ll Be Doing

• Implement efficient recruitment processes and adhere to best practices to achieve target hiring goals.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top talent, leveraging traditional and innovative methods.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging talent needs. Analyze competitive landscapes and provide data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment pipeline and generate insightful reports.
• Prioritize timely communication and personalized interactions with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives to enhance the employer brand.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in mass recruitment, preferably in BPO or F&B industry
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to guide and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• A passion for building strong relationships and creating a positive candidate experience
• A data-driven approach to recruitment, with a focus on measuring and improving key metrics
