* Mô tả công việc:
- Giám sát kết cấu công trình sau hoàn thiện và sử dụng, kịp thời báo cáo, phối hợp nhà thầu xử lý sự cố.
Supervise the structural construction after completion and during use; promptly report and coordinate with contractors to address issues.
- Vận hành, bảo trì, bảo dưỡng trang thiết bị, máy móc, hệ thống cơ sở vật chất, điện, nước; lập báo cáo sau kiểm tra, đề xuất giải pháp khắc phục nhanh chóng và hiệu quả.
Operate, maintain, and service equipment, machinery, facilities, and electrical and water systems; prepare inspection reports and propose quick, effective solutions.
- Thực hiện xử lý tình huống khẩn cấp (cháy, nổ, ngập, cứu hộ thang máy, rò rỉ ga do sự cố kỹ thuật).
Handle emergency situations (fires, explosions, flooding, elevator rescue, gas leaks due to technical issues).
- Giám sát nhập - xuất, thanh lý tài sản, chịu trách nhiệm chính với các hệ thống điện nước, điều hòa, bếp,…
Monitor the import, export, and liquidation of assets; take primary responsibility for electrical, water, air conditioning, and kitchen systems,…
- Theo dõi vận hành hệ thống cơ sở hạ tầng, hệ thống điện nước đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng quy trình.
Oversee the operation of infrastructure systems, and electrical and water systems to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Hoàn thành bảo trì, sửa chữa các hạng mục kỹ thuật (điện nước, điều hòa, bếp, PCCC, camera), phối hợp với nhà thầu khi cần.
Complete maintenance and repair of technical items (electrical and water systems, air conditioning, kitchen, fire protection, cameras) and coordinate with contractors when necessary.
- Thực hiện bảo trì theo kế hoạch, báo cáo hàng tháng về công cụ, vật tư; bảo quản, duy trì tình trạng tốt nhất cho tài sản công ty.
Perform scheduled maintenance, submit monthly reports on tools and materials, and ensure proper storage and condition of company assets.
- Xây dựng, triển khai quy chế bảo trì cho công trình, trang thiết bị, hệ thống kỹ thuật.
Develop and implement maintenance regulations for buildings, equipment, and technical systems.
- Các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý hoặc Ban giám đốc.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Board of Directors.
* Yêu cầu công việc:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành điện dân dụng, điện lạnh, kỹ thuật điện,điện tử... hoặc các chuyên ngành khác có liên quan./ Graduated from University majoring in civil electricity, refrigeration, electrical engineering,... or other related majors.
- Ưu tiên có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên./ Priority is given to having 3 year of experience or more.
- Có Chứng nhận, chứng chỉ hành nghề liên quan/ Must have a certificate or license related to the profession
- Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh/ Be able to communicate in English.
- Có khả năng xây dựng quy trình, quy định liên quan/ Ability to develop procedures and regulations related.
