• Renewstable (Power-to-Power): Multi-megawatt firm and stable energy supply from the combination of intermittent renewable energy sources and a long-term onsite hydrogen energy storage
• Hy Power (Gas-to-Power): Multi-megawatt Hydrogen-to-power solution generating on-demand electricity through the integration of fuel cells

HDF Energy has a robust project pipeline totaling 5 billion euros globally and operates in over 35 countries across 5 continents. HDF Energy operates in nine countries in Asia Pacific including Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, Cambodia, Vietnam, India, Thailand, Australia and Fiji with our main office located in Jakarta.
We are offering internship in Vietnam for one person. The internship will provide an opportunity to learn about hydrogen technology and business as well as professional experience.
MAIN MISSIONS

• This versatile role involves proactive, autonomous, and adaptable engagement with diverse operational teams
• Providing business development support to Vietnam team to enhance team’s performance
• Ensuring business continuity
• Serving as the interface between local operations and headquarters across these functions
• Support working with MOIT, EVN, PVN, Vietnam railways and another partners
• Participate in administrative activities to help develop projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Final year of Bachelor’s degree or Master's in Business Management, Business Administration
• Proficiency in English at a professional level is a must
• Demonstrated proactivity and autonomy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Having strong interest in renewable energy
• Experience studying abroad is valued
• Understanding of project management and development is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Words, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Sharepoint)

TASK DETAILS

> Business Development

• Preparing and compiling presentations according to team requests
• Conducting research on specific topics as requested by team
• Tracking conferences and managing incoming correspondence
• Assisting with NDA documents
• Gathering team input on various topics
• Support business development activities as needed

> Communication

• Support in Draft and release Press Release concerning content and article management
• Support in organizing both internal and external events, such as exhibitions, including the preparation of designs
• Support working with MOIT, EVN, PVN, Vietnam railways and another partners

> Administrative Support

• Draft letters, verify letters e.g., editing of formats, typos, alignments, fonts, company logos, colours, putting on company letterhead etc.
• Documents translation English x Vietnam and vice versa
