1. Market Research

• Identify and evaluate promising carbon reduction (CR) and Internationally Transferred Mitigation Outcomes (ITMO)-related projects in Vietnam
• Monitor and analyze Vietnamese policies related to ITMO and CR-related projects
• Establish and maintain networks with government officials, industry stakeholders, and experts in the field

2. Feasibility Studies and Support

• Assist in pre-feasibility studies (Pre-F/S) and feasibility studies (F/S) for ITMO and CR-related projects
• Contribute to reliability assessments of potential project partners
• Support on-site verification for ITMO and CR-related projects
• Conduct research and provide insights on target sites for project implementation

3. Project Execution and Support

• Assist with hiring skilled professionals for project development and implementation
• Facilitate local promotion of ITMO and CR-related projects
• Coordinate and participate in regular on-site project verifications
• Provide support for ITMO transfer processes

4. Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other tasks as assigned

I. Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree (or higher) in one of the following areas:

• Economics
• Business Management
• Environmental Studies
• Law
• Industrial Engineering
• Chemistry
• Materials Science
• Chemical Engineering
• Energy Studies
• Or other relevant fields related to climate change and carbon reduction.

2. Preferred Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of climate change, carbon neutrality, and international greenhouse gas mitigation efforts
• Prior experience working with government agencies, NGOs, or projects related to climate change and carbon reduction
• Strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and communication
• Fluent in English communication (written and verbal)
