- Location: Cau Giay, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: 35,000,000～50,000,000VND
Responsibilities:
- Work in real estate projects (Education, Office, retail, residence) in Hanoi and northern areas, including market research, due diligence, contract negotiation, closing support
- Control governance according to the company's policy
- Work and report to managers as per requests
- Coordinate with subordinates and receive reports from them
- Coordinate with other teams in case they need BD/AM Support
Requirements:
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor's Degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: under 45 years old
・Language: Japanese & English at Business level
・Experience: From 5-7 years of working in a real estate development company, with business development experience.
- Project management knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for calculations) and basic IT knowledge.
<Preferred Skills/ Personalities>
- Numerical management and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of corporate law, accounting, and taxation.
- Knowledge of real estate-related laws, regulations, and markets.
- Good Japanese is an advantage
<Personality>
- Understanding and interest in our business (shopping center development, management, and other real estate development projects).
- Willingness to proactively attempt new business ventures and challenges.
- Proactive problem recognition and solution-oriented approach.
- Adherence to legal standards and understanding of compliance and governance.
