- Working location: Minh Duc Industrial Zone, Hung Yen
- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～25,000,000VND
Responsibility:
・Cash management (including payment management), vouchering, organization, and normalization of expense receipts, etc.
・Record sales (accounts receivable) and purchases (accounts payable)
・Cash receipts and disbursements, accounts payable, and advances.
・Calculate, report, and pay various taxes, and apply for VAT refunds.
・Management of various financial reports, accounting audits, management of tax audits, and overall handling of tax audits (outsourced to accounting firms for the time being)
・Inquiries from tax authorities and responses to administrative audits
・Human resource management (payroll calculation, attendance management, social insurance procedures, recruitment, etc.)
・General affairs (support for expatriates, support for business travelers, asset management, etc.)
*This position will assist with administrative procedures prior to the establishment of the factory.
Requirements:
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: Any
・Language: English Intermediate level (TOEIC 500) or Japanese business level
・Experience: Have at least 3 years' experience as Accountant in manufacturing
・Having good knowledge or Experience in Accounting tasks, HR tasks, and back-office tasks
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese skills (equivalent to N2)
・Have Chief Accountant certificate
・Having experience in setting up a new company or factory
