Hire Art is helping Woven by Toyota hire a UX Research Moderator and Facilitator. In this role, you’ll conduct research that will be agile, keeping pace with the rapid innovation in the team, but also making sure that you're keeping an eye on the big picture in understanding the customer groups.

We're looking for candidates who are effective communicators, passionate about understanding people, and curious about the relationship between design, technology, and humans. You can work independently and be flexible by adapting to changing schedules and different projects.

As a UX Research Moderator and Facilitator, you'll:

• Perform research activities from recruiting, moderation, and basic analysis, and reporting.
• Keeping an eye on the big picture in understanding our customer groups.
• Conduct lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, field research, and surveys.
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, psychology, anthropology, human factors, or other relevant field
• 3+ years of product research experience as a moderator, facilitating 1:1 in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and concept testing
• Experience with video editing
• Understands basic statistical concepts
• Excellent people skills with strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Excited to work in a fast-paced team environment

Commitment: This is a 3-month contract position (with the possibility of extension) staffed via Hire Art. This is a hybrid role that will be open to candidates local to the Sunnyvale, CA area. It will require working onsite multiple times a week.
