Due to our continued growth, we are hiring a full-time Scheduler!
The Scheduler will learn to manage the client and caregiver visits and handle daily routine needs of the business. Qualified candidates will need to be comfortable working in an office environment as well as working in client's homes as a back-up caregiver on an as-needed basis. Candidates also need to be comfortable with Google platforms and communicating on the phone with clients and caregivers. This role requires being On-Call on a rotating schedule.

An applicant for the position of First Light Home Care Scheduler will need to meet the following basic qualifications:
-The applicant must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
-The applicant must have the ability to carry out directions, and to read and write.
-The applicant must demonstrate maturity, professionalism and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
-The applicant must submit to a complete background-check, including a check of criminal and driving records along with finger printing and substance testing where required.
-The applicant must be 18 years of age and be a legal resident or citizen of the United States.
Working Environment:
A First Light Home Care Scheduler works both indoors in the agency office and in the field with clients and referral sources.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
