Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the United States, responsible for project quality, cost, and schedule to achieve the expected goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Manage the entire process of on-site projects in the US according to the project schedule, including human resources, administrative and logistics support, on-site project team management, and after-sales service. Maintain effective communication with clients to address their needs.
3. Follow up on project execution in a timely manner and resolve various issues, allocate resources reasonably, manage supplier outsourcing resources, ensure orderly work within the team, and drive the project to successful acceptance.
4. Control costs, prepare project budgets, and be responsible for project profits. Promote cost reduction during the process and control project costs.
5. Identify risks and issues in the project delivery process, organize and coordinate the project team, predict and manage project risks, and provide effective countermeasures.
6. Manage the overall on-site construction environment, confirm the safety of on-site operations, and ensure the safety management of the relevant team.
7. Manage a diverse project team, organize and host project meetings at various stages, ensuring team motivation and result orientation.
8. As a member of the pre-sales team, collaborate closely with the sales team and pre-sales solution team to develop the US market and achieve the company's business goals in the US.
9. During the project preparation phase, communicate with multiple departments to stay informed about the initial project milestones.
Requirements and skills:
1. At least 10 years of project management experience in the non-standard automation industry, with team leadership experience.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in mechanical engineering or automation.
3. Possess professional project management knowledge, holding PMP certification, and knowledgeable in non-standard industry project management. Sensitive to data and proficient in office software.
4. Exhibit high professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, high stress tolerance, and the ability to handle issues independently.
5. Team-oriented, quick-thinking, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
6. Capable of managing multicultural teams.
7. Base location will be determined by project location, must adhere to company deployment, and be willing to travel extensively for long-term assignments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
