EXPECTATIONS:

• WEEKEND {SATURDAY & SUNDAY} SHIFTS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. Please do not apply unless you are available to work Saturday & Sunday every weekend.
• Hours for this position run approx. 3:00pm-1:00am.
• Transport guests with the highest degree of safety and quality of service at all times.
• Obey all traffic regulations.
• Demonstrate professional courtesy and behavior to clients, colleagues, and the general public.
• Conform to company dress/grooming standards, maintaining a Business Professional appearance during all shifts.
• Arrive on time for all assigned appointments.
• Receive and properly interpret reservation information, and act accordingly.
• Complete all trip assignments in a timely manner and in accordance with J&G service standards.
• Maintain professionalism and safety within a fast paced working environment.
• Adjust quickly to changes in pickup times, locations and destinations.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, advising of potential delays and other issues of importance.
• Maintain proficiency with cell phone/radio and other communications systems used for communication between chauffeurs and dispatch.
• Complete paperwork for each trip accurately, legibly, and in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a daily trip log with complete details of all trips serviced.
• Complete pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspection reports on a daily basis.
• Maintain all assigned equipment in good clean working order, and use it for business purposes only.
• Report for all shifts well-rested and alert.
• Maintain alertness during entire shift.
• Complete various other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to sit for long periods of time, operating a vehicle with attention to safety.
• Able to see and hear clearly both during the day and at night.
• Able to speak the English language in a manner easily understood by customers and co-workers.
• Able to write clearly and accurately in the English language.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record, and criminal background record, meeting company standards.
• Must pass post-employment random drug and alcohol tests, with both drug and alcohol testing at least once a year after hire.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High School Graduate or GED required.
• Candidates must possess a clean certified driving record.
• Carry a valid Texas driver's license, and over 24 yrs of age.
• No DWI/DUI or Felony Charges.
• Obtain a City of Austin chauffeur permit {we can assist with this}.
• Lift and carry 50 pounds of luggage.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Have strong knowledge of the Austin area and airport.
• A Class "B" license with a Passenger endorsement is a plus, but not required.
• Previous Limousine/ Bus experience is also a plus.

COMPENSATION:

• $18-20 per hour plus tips
