Provide exceptional guest service, proactively engage, and sell to guests, set up and maintain an appealing retail environment and control inventory.

Responsibilities Include

Setup and maintain an appealing retail environment and assist all Guests with their shopping and purchase of merchandise.
Greet Guests immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner from In-Front of the counter not behind.
Develop and share knowledge of merchandise.
Must possess the ability to work with several Guests at one time while maintaining individual Guest satisfaction.
Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the Guests purchase.Accept cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases.
Keep cash register accurate.
Handle Guests complaints reasonably (use H.E.A.T.), showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent Guest service.
Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.).
Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to Guests.
Request capture and or verify Guest data for 100% of the Guests 100% of the time.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

Company-paid training for new candidates.
Possess the ability to use a computer.
Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in the areas of product knowledge and technology.
Prior parts sales experience a plus but not required.
We will train the right candidate.
Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
