This position is a home based therapy position in the Katy/Cypress TX area. We are looking for individuals who are available throughout the day that will include travel.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds while assisting patients.
Negative tuberculosis test.
English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required.
US Work authorization.
