• Collaborate with client service team on development of clear project briefs for client work
• Partner with brand strategist to lead tactical planning
• Lead client workshops
• Work closely with client media agencies to ensure thoughtful tactical development
• Advise on adjustments to make the creative work harder based on where it will run.
• Build CX maps and journey maps to bring complex ecosystems to life for clients.
• Stay up to date on new channels and engagement opportunities for all audiences
• Work closely with P10 Social team on social media efforts
• Drive curiosity in the agency, sharing inspirational content and helping to broaden team thinking

• 4-8 years of experience in a healthcare marketing agency focusing on engagement strategy, preferably to both HCP and patient audiences
• Understanding of current healthcare media environment
• Understanding of content and communications strategy
• Expertise running tactical planning and ensuring that solutions are aligned to strategic imperatives without creating unnecessary clutter.
• Knowledgeable about evolving pr/comms and medcomms landscapes
• Strong analytical skills
• Willingness to be on-site with clients
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to do brand strategy and UX as required

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 155,000 CAD per year(Remote - Canada)
90,000 - 155,000 USD per year(Remote - United States)
