Medical Device Sales Manager (Remote)
Summary
A leading global medical manufacturer based in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in the United States. This role is pivotal to driving the company’s growth by establishing and expanding relationships with distributors, stakeholders, and medical institutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical sales and will lead initiatives to develop and execute strategies for market penetration and revenue growth.
Essential Duties
- Drive sales of medical devices, including ophthalmic surgical instruments, dental diamond burs, and related products.
- Plan and implement promotional strategies to boost sales with existing distributors (sales agents).
- Identify and secure new distributors to expand market reach and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, including hospitals and clinics, through direct sales efforts.
- Manage and execute activities to acquire and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance market influence.
- Conduct distributor training sessions to ensure product knowledge and effective sales strategies.
- Engage in product marketing activities to align with company goals and market needs.

Salary/Benefit

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, particularly in the medical industry.
- Strong background in distributor sales management, including planning and executing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with KOLs and distributors.
- Demonstrated experience in direct sales to hospitals and clinics, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
