Job Summary:
As a Part-Time Brand Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the retail industry while working flexible hours.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Sales and Product Knowledge:
Promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
Stay informed about product features, benefits, and pricing.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Store Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Restock merchandise and ensure proper pricing and labeling.
Monitor and report any inventory shortages or damages.
Cash Handling:
Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide correct change.
Follow cash handling and POS system procedures.
Merchandising:
Assist with visual merchandising by arranging displays and ensuring product visibility.
Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with restocking.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding customer feedback and operational issues.
Compliance and Security:
Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to management.
Opening and Closing Duties:
Assist with opening and closing the store as required, including cash register reconciliation and securing the premises.
Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy merchandise (if required)
