Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you care for, promoting independence and dignity.
Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as required.
• Administer medication as per care plans and monitor health conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
• Support clients with mobility and physical activities to promote their independence.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with individuals in various situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills to manage time effectively while providing care.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to care work is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
