Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a number of residential environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards.
The hours for this role will be 4 hours on a Tuesday at £11.75 per hour, working alongside our dedicated mobile team.
Overtime would be regularly available on other sites, if you want it.
This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including stairwells, and other communal spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are dusted, mopped, and sanitised.
• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored safely and replenished as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning concerns or requests.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are crucial for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
