Hertz Integrated Systems is a leading provider of cutting-edge technology solutions in two-way radio communication and smart home automation. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets in these dynamic fields.
Role Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales within either two-way radio communication or smart home automation sectors.
• License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Residency: Must currently reside in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Visa Status: Candidates holding their own visa will be given preference.
• Availability: Must be available to join immediately.
• Meetings: Required to arrange at least two client meetings daily.
• Sales Targets: Expected to meet or exceed agreed sales targets (details to be discussed during the interview).

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the UAE market and ability to network effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Identify opportunities, deliver effective sales presentations, and close deals.
• Ensure daily sales activity by arranging meetings with potential clients.
• Promote and sell two-way radio communication and smart home automation solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings.
