Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Arabic-speaking Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Department (OPD) team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to provide high-quality clinical support in an outpatient setting. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will ensure patient safety, comfort, and provide nursing interventions as required for a variety of outpatient services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the OPD setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in conducting patient assessments, diagnostic tests, and medical procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments as per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and medical history, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and general health and wellness advice.
• Prepare patients for examination and treatment, ensuring they are informed and comfortable during procedures.
• Assist with the management of outpatient clinics, including patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to patient inquiries, concerns, and emergencies, providing professional support and care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, hospital policies, and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with hospital standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated patient care and follow up on patients’ progress.
• Participate in continuous education, training, and professional development to stay updated with nursing practices and healthcare protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse License (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience in an outpatient department or clinical

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
