Order Processing Executive :
1 ) To facilitate Export Orders and expedite Export Shipments. With reference to this detail, it would be the Order Processing Executive’s entire responsibility to enter the export order promptly in the system, to expedite its execution with reference to the determination of ex-stock items and back-ordering of non-stock ones, to co-ordinate with the ware-house team to pack the invoiced materials urgently, prepare packing-lists, correspond with the customer with reference to the fulfillment of payment terms and the conclusion of logistic details. In short to provide a seamless and pleasant experience to Haroon Company’s customers outside the United Arab Emirates.
2 ) To input products and prices in E-Commerce platforms. To ensure that all the postings are up to date and to ensure prompt dispatch of material ordered via E-Commerce platforms.
Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree in accounting, business administration or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ of UAE or Home country experience as a procurement executive or related position
• Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems; Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel); Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions; Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently; Accurate and precise attention to detail.
