Salary Range: 10,000- AED/Monthly
Job Responsibilities:
As a Finance Execution Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial execution of various modules within the company, particularly in factory management. You will work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes, efficient utilization of funds, and compliance with financial regulations.
· Financial Reporting & Account Management: Handle daily financial transactions, reconciliation, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data. Prepare and submit financial reports in accordance with company policies and financial standards.
· Cost Control: Assist in preparing the annual budget and monitor its execution, ensuring departmental expenses align with the budget. Analyze cost variances and propose cost control measures to achieve financial objectives.
· Cash Flow Management & Fund Allocation: Track the company’s cash flow, ensuring timely availability and proper usage of funds. Coordinate fund allocation and optimize cash management to support daily operations and project execution.
· Tax Management & Compliance: Assist in tax planning and filing to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, mitigating potential tax risks.
· Financial Support & Analysis: Provide financial analysis and decision support to various departments, ensuring alignment with financial policies in all business activities.
· Team Collaboration & Training: Assist in managing and training the finance team, improving team members’ skills and work efficiency, and ensuring the team successfully meets financial objectives.
Compensation & Incentives:
· In addition to a competitive base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn additional incentive bonuses based on your experience and sales performance. The bonus amount will be evaluated and awarded according to performance achievements.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields;
· At least 5 years of financial management experience, with experience in factory management or financial execution in manufacturing companies preferred;;
· Proficient in financial accounting, cost control, and cash flow management;
· Familiar with financial software and office applications, with strong data analysis and reporting skills;
· Strong execution and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work efficiently under pressure;
· Excellent communication to collaborate effectively with other departments.

• Please note that the company's office is located in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE (near Sharjah Airport).
