Role Objective:
Responsible for all electrical projects and personnel in a safe and efficient manner. They are responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising all electrical projects, ensuring completed on time and within budget. provide training and instruction to any electrical personnel under their supervision, as well as ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of electrical systems and be able to troubleshoot any electrical problems that may arise.
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other electrical workers during installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Assign duties, examine work for accuracy, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety regulations
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Prepare sketches and follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment, and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed

Technical Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Ability to supervise and train electrical staff
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Experience managing electrical teams
• Experience with electrical installations and repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues

Educational Qualifications:
Minimum high school graduate.
(A university degree from a professional institution is a plus).
