Your Role
We welcome applications from professionals who have a hunger to provide the best possible service to our customers.
Immediately you will have the opportunity to make an impact in the life of our international language students, whilst having the possibility of building your long-term career.
Responsibilities

Appliying language & study abroad program visas with direct customer contact
Consultate customers on the phone and during face-to-face meetings for Pre Departure Information
Represent EF at fairs, offline events, and info meetings
Achieve upselling targets and meet customer expectations
Be a team player

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and outspoken personality
Fully fluent Turkish language skills
Oral, and written fluency in English B2 Level
Passion for travelling
Very strong communication skills
Proactive with a team spirit, thriving under high pressure towards busy environment
Experience of working or studying abroad
