• Supervising adherence to the requirements of the Quality, Environment, Safety & Health Management System,
• Assume the leadership role and foster the growth of the TSS FEJ team-Turkey, with a focus on achieving excellence that aligns with global standards,
• Steer the development and design of products with a keen focus on aligning with customer specifications, maintaining cost-effectiveness, and achieving targeted profitability,
• Ensure timely delivery of competitive quotes to the market, adhering to the specified Key Performance Indicator (KPI) timeframe,
• Provide after-sales support services and necessary technical backup as required,
• Organize and conduct product training sessions,
• Support the quality teams on the claim cases,
• Promote the sharing of best practices among factories and actively participate in the EJ factory setup.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or higher technical education,
• Ideally 4 years of industrial sales experience,
• Experience in selling long lasting solutions, especially technical selling skills,
• Must have motivational and managerial skills and a high sense of urgency to recognize equipment, process, and industry opportunities in the market,
• Good written and verbal reporting skills. Excellent computer application skills in MS Office, Auto CAD, SAP etc,
• Strong language skills, verbal and written in English is mandatory.
