At OKU, we are committed to sourcing the best of local and international talent to cultivate our reputation for excellence, and we are currently looking for a talented and dynamic Cluster Revenue manager to lead the revenue management strategy for our two properties: OKU Bodrum (Turkey) and OKU Kos (Greece), but based in Bodrum.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join the popular and growing hotel & lifestyle brand at a pivotal phase in its growth. You will be responsible for maximizing the revenue and profitability of two establishments by developing pricing strategies, managing distribution, and making data-driven decisions to ensure commercial success.
Working from OKU’s newest luxurious location opening in May 2025 in Bodrum, Turkey, the hotel is set to be one of the destination’s – and the brand’s - most coveted properties. OKU Hotels is a boutique collection of soulfully-curated, laidback luxury hotels, created for the modern traveler. Meticulously designed sanctuaries are conceived with barefoot luxury, local connections and slow living at heart.
OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Türkiye, Spain and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide, over the next five years.

What are the main responsabilities of your role?
- Develop and implement pricing and revenue management strategies to maximize income for OKU Bodrum and OKU Kos.
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend analyses tailored to each destination’s unique characteristics.
- Oversee and optimize inventory and rate management across distribution systems and booking platforms for both properties.
- Collaborate closely with local and regional sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and KPIs (occupancy, ADR, Rev PAR) for each property.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments based on data-driven insights.

- Passionate about hospitality and an enthusiastic demeanor, with a desire to represent the OKU philosophy in your professional environment.
- Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 of experience in revenue management within luxury or boutique hotels, preferably in a multi-property or cluster setup.
- Advanced knowledge of revenue management tools and hotel management systems (PMS, CRS, RMS)
- Strong financial analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Fluency in English (essential); additional languages, particularly Turkish or Greek, are an advantage.
- Analytical mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to work independently.
- Experience in team management and collaboration with international stakeholders.
- Previous Pre-Opening experience is a plus.
- Proven leadership skills in a hotel/resort environment.
- Highest level of integrity and transparency.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, to gain acceptance of and commitment to plans, ideas, initiatives, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports
- Apply an ethical approach to influence the outcome of situations.
- Serve as a role model for others by demonstrating appropriate business conduct and ethical principles.
- Continuously seek to improve/develop the performance of others and continuously strive to improve his/her own performance.
- Proficient in using advanced RMS and PMS software (e.g., IDea S, Opera).
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, performance analysis, and market research.
- Expert in data visualization tools like Tableau and Excel for actionable insights.
- Adept at collaborating across sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue growth.
- Passionate about staying current with industry trends and employing strategic pricing for maximum profitability.
