Responsibilities:
Sales and Consultation: Utilize your sales to effectively communicate treatment options and services to patients. Your ability to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions will contribute to their overall satisfaction and clinic growth.
Diagnosis Explanation: Translate complex dental diagnoses provided by our dentists into clear and understandable terms for patients. Your expertise in simplifying technical information will empower patients to actively participate in their treatment plans.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with our dental professionals to align on patient needs and the most suitable treatment plans. Your collaborative approach will ensure seamless coordination between the clinical and advisory teams.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a patient-facing sales, ideally within a dental or medical setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Fluency in French and Turkish is required and in any other language is an advantage.
- Empathetic and approachable demeanor to foster trust and rapport with patients.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Basic understanding of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Medica Simple for scheduling.
