HR & Administrative Affairs Manager

Job Description;
- To manage and develop the recruitment, orientation, performance evaluation, personnel, motivation, internal communication and career management functions of humman resources in line with company policies and strategies
- To lead the corporate culture studies,
- To ensure that all processes related to personnel are carried out within the framework of Labour Law, SSI and Labour Legisation
- To create and ensure the execution of training and events plans within the scope of company training policies,
- To be in communication with all units and to carry out the necessary implementation processes in terms of business order
- To make budget and staff planning
- To organise the salaries and fringe benefits of the personnel in a systematic way
- Designing, implementing, auditing and reporting the premium system and scenarios together with the relevant departments
- Management and administration of subordinate staff
Job Requirements;
- Graduated from related departments of universities
- At least 10 years of experience in the relevant field
- Fluent in English at advanced level
