Your Role as Head of Marketing in Turkey
- Prepare and execute business, marketing and T&E strategies flawlessly together with related stakeholders in country, in EMEA & HQ level and also with customers.
- Establish a strong country marketing and T&E team. Attract, retain and engage the talents.
- Lead and orchestrate country marketing and T&E teams.
- In the light of corporate strategic compass, EMEA priorities and initiatives, deploy country specific business, marketing and T&E strategies and programs together with HQ, EMEA and country teams and cascading down to all levels of marketing, T&E and sales teams.
- Lead the pricing excellence together with finance and sales teams.
- Ensure full governance, compliance and regulations.
- Ensure on the executions of marketing and T&E related corporate guidelines, regulations, brand, product and price positionings.
- Ensure on people development, engagement and robust succession planning in close collaboration with People & Culture team. Coordinate continuous development and lifelong learning principles together with related stakeholders.
- Be a strong ambassador and liaison of corporate culture.
- Coordinate robust succession planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or similar departments
- Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Established portfolio of media and PR contacts
- Desire to grow professionally with ongoing education
- Have a player & learner mindset.
