- Responds to client inquires and concerns. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients. Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Creates work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors. Communicates work orders to technicians and assists management in resolving problems.
- Undertake maintenance procedures, regular checks and routine inspections on equipment in conjunction with the maintenance team.
- To carry out or have carried out maintenance, repair and renovation works in the fields of service.
- To examine the administrative, special and technical specifications of the construction project, to learn the type and qualities of the materials to be used from the control engineer and to examine the conformity of the type and qualities of the materials used with the specifications and the project.
- To constantly monitor the work carried out by the contractors, to intervene in applications contrary to the provisions of the specifications, to warn, to stop the work if necessary and to inform the construction engineer or construction technician, to write the daily work done in the construction site book.
- Ensure the continuous operation of the installed system.
- Undertake repair and minor works associated with the installed services relevant to their job designation.
- Assist and enhance service delivery through best practice and the effective use of site systems and equipment.
- Carry out personal risk assessments of maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain and review stock levels, spares requirement through audit and timely ordering of parts
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance to CBRE site Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
