About the position
Location: Istanbul, Turkey
Hybrid

• Support Trade Marketing manager to design and roll out trade marketing and customer plans across general trade, modern trade, food service and alternate channels.
• Take a part in S&OP process, annual business plans and monthly customer, category & brand development plans ensuring both supplier & retailer targets.
• Make pre & post evaluations for the effectiveness & efficiency of promotions, design optimum promotion strategy for each customer & SKU.
• Support Trade Marketing Manager in trade budget & P&L responsibilities.
• Track Share of Folder for each customer/SKU and support Trade Marketing Manager & related Sales Team with analysis.
• Track Local Chain performance in terms of growth, Share of Folder, market share and track E-com activities via E-com tool.
• Track food service distributor/customer performance and support related Sales Team with analysis.
• Monitor and analyze category/channel, competition, consumer market data to identify business opportunities via Nielsen.
• Tie-up with the brand & sales team for activating the brand inside the stores with the right activation and visibility.

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

• Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities
• Min 3 years of experience in trade marketing/sales/trade marketing
• FMCG experience in a multinational environment
• Strong analytical skills, naturally curious with a drive to make things work
• Good interpersonal, communication, collaboration and report writing skills
• Flexible and open minded, quick to adapt to changing requirements, learn quickly & be agile
• Very strong work ethic, resilience in the face of pressure, good team player, ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines & prioritization, ability to drive and own results
