Coach team for dealing with ophthalmologist and ophthalmology department in order to deliver products differentiate and product benefit to HCPs and their patients. Build team to find opportunities for Santen business such as focus on new product listing in potential hospitals and secure Santen tender business. Coaching and developing Sales staff both of business concept and selling skills.

Job Description

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist or Science background
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position in multinational companies specializing in the pharmaceutical/medical field
• Experience dealing with ophthalmology doctors preferred
• Hospital channel sales background required (ethical)
• Team management experience
• Able to travel to upcountry to meet customers
• Fluent in Thai and good in English
