About the role
We are seeking a Junior Associate, Business Development based in Bangkok.
The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment.
This role reports directly to the BD Provider Management, Assistant Manager, Thailand, and offers the potential for conversion to full-time employment.


A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows

• Run searches for appropriate contact persons in targeted leads
• Identify and contact key decision makers within targeted leads
• See through the entire end-to-end acquisition process including but not limited to lead generation, door-to-door / face-to-face pitches and negotiations
• Conduct the market research, gather data and prioritize initiatives
• Support basic data analysis and project management for ad-hoc projects and proof of concepts
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

About you

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
• A strong desire to learn along with professional drive and a passion for healthcare and technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to commit full time
