Responsibilities
Develop and execute staffing plan aligned with business objectives.
Establish and update recruitment policy, process, and forms.
Fully in charge of recruitment, including people searching, selection, and hiring.
Establish and maintain recruitment channels.
Formulate and manage recruitment budget.
Submit reports concerning hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedback.
Handle the management of organization structure.
Manage job descriptions and update them timely.
Other tasks as requested by department head.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Above 8 years of relative work experience in recruiting.
Independent, positive, with good teamwork awareness.
Good command of English in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
