About the role
Join All Cargo Export, as a Sourcing Manager based in Bangkok, Thailand. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for strategically sourcing and procuring materials and services to support the company's business operations.
What you'll be doing
· Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favourable contracts and terms
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand material and service requirements, and source accordingly
· Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to supplier onboarding and contract management
· Monitor supplier performance, quality and delivery, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
· Analyse market trends to identify cost savings opportunities and optimise the supply chain
· Accompany and translate for senior management on trips to suppliers' manufacturing sites and offices
What we're looking for
· 1+ years of sourcing and procurement experience, ideally in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry.
· Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
· Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field
· Knowledge of local and international trade regulations and compliance requirements
· Candidates with less than 1 year experience can be considered
· B2 or C1 level of English or higher
· Thai national
